AutomatorWP is a powerful open-source automation plugin for WordPress that allows you to connect various plugins, applications, and websites to create automated workflows without installing any programs (no code required). How AutomatorWP Works

Each automation process (called an Automation) is built on a basic logical structure consisting of three main components:

• Trigger: Actions that start the process (e.g., A user registers an account, purchases a product, or completes a course).
• Filter: Additional conditions for running (e.g., Only trigger a user if they belong to the “VIP Learner” group).
• Action: Results that are automatically executed after the Trigger and Filter are met (e.g., Automatically add reward points, send an email, or grant new access).

Automated Processes Supported

When creating a new process on the WordPress admin dashboard, the system selects specific categories depending on the focus management:

• Logged In: Exclusively for members logged into the system and performing the action sequence applied directly to themselves.
• Anonymous: For visitors without an account (e.g., filling out a registration form for a gift) and automatically creates a new account afterwards.
• All Users: Applies to all users or uses a pre-filtered group of icons, which can be manually triggered or scheduled to run at any time.
• All Posts: An automated process for bulk processing and updating of posts or pages using a scheduling tool.
